By registering for and participating in the 2026 Peplink Tech Summit hosted by West Networks, you agree to the following Terms and Policies:
1. Code of Conduct
All attendees, sponsors, vendors, and participants must adhere to the Peplink Tech Summit Code of Ethics, which includes:
- Respect and Professionalism: Treat all individuals with courtesy and professionalism.
- Collaboration Over Competition: Prioritize learning and sharing over business rivalry.
- Non-Compete Expectation: Refrain from poaching clients, undercutting deals, or soliciting business.
- No Peplink Solicitation: The summit is not a marketplace. Solicitation of Peplink-related products or services is prohibited.
- Respect for Relationships: Do not attempt to divert business from other partners or attendees.
- Confidentiality: Do not share or use proprietary or confidential information without explicit authorization.
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future events.
2. Confidentiality of Content
Presentations and discussions during the summit may contain confidential or proprietary information. You agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, or share any such content outside of the summit without prior written approval from West Networks or the content owner.
3. No Refund Policy
All ticket purchases and registrations for the Peplink Tech Summit are non-refundable. Please ensure your availability before registering.
4. Use of Contact Information
Your contact information will be used exclusively for event-related communications, including updates, announcements, and logistical details. West Networks will not share your contact information with sponsors, vendors, or any third parties.
5. Media Release
By attending the summit, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed or recorded on video. These materials may be used by West Networks for promotional purposes related to this and future events.
If you wish to opt out of being photographed or recorded, please contact marketing@westnetworks.com prior to the event.
6. Liability Waiver
You agree to waive West Networks of any liability for:
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Financial loss
- Any other incident that may occur during the event
All participants assume the risks associated with attending and participating in the summit.
7. Enforcement and Removal
West Networks reserves the right to remove any attendee, sponsor, vendor, or participant from the event for violating these Terms and Policies or the Code of Conduct. Such removal may be without refund and may include exclusion from future events.

By registering for the 2026 Peplink Tech Summit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Policies.
